Diet seven days to reduce cellulite


Choose from a breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks a day. Drink alcohol in between 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day and avoid tea and coffee. Make dry massage every morning working from the edges towards the heart.

Mornings A bowl of porridge oats with a handful of berries (either blueberries or strawberries or raspberries) A fresh papaya with a big bowl of organic yogurt and a small handful of almonds A large grapefruit, a large banana and a small handful of Brazil nuts Two slices of toast with whole cooked beans A boiled egg with a slice of whole and an apple Lunch Soup from carrots and coriander served with whole wheat pita A whole sandwich with spinach, avocado and tomato

A salad with spinach, arugula, carrots, peppers, tomatoes and pieces of chicken breast An omelet with tomatoes and feta cheese served with salad A fillet of mackerel (skinless) served with pieces of celery, cucumber and tomato Evening A clean piece of salmon served with 2 tablespoons of rice and a salad containing arugula, tomatoes and peppers Baked potato with tuna, onions and cheddar cheese low in fat. Accompany it with salad A slice of tuna with broccoli, peppers and boiled potatoes

Plain chicken with vegetables at least three types of noodles and wholemeal A chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, peppers and courgette Snack A handful of berries Two small oranges or tangerines A tight boiled egg Sliced carrots and peppers with 2 tablespoons low-fat hummus Two ships' biscuits oat with tuna
